اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری انعکاسی بر دلبستگی و استرس والدینی مادران صاحب کودکان 3 تا 6 سال

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری انعکاسی بر دلبستگی و استرس والدینی مادران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران صاحب فرزند 3 تا 6 سال مراجعه کننده به سراهای محله منطقه چهار شهر تهران بود، که با روش نمونه گیری دردسترس 30 نفر از آنها انتخاب شده و با گمارش تصادفی و بطور مساوی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش علاوه بر برگه جمعیت شناختی شامل پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی بزرگسال کولینز و رید(RASS) (1990) و شاخص استرس فرزندپروری - فرم کوتاه(PSI-SF) بود. برای گروه آزمایش آموزش فرزندپروری انعکاسی در 10 جلسه 120 دقیقه ای مبتنی بر مدل کوپر و ردفرن (2016) اجرا شد، ولی گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که تفاوت بین گروهی در دلبستگی ایمن (23/7=F و 01/0 =p) و دلبستگی اجتنابی(33/4= F و 05/0 = p) معنادار می باشد ولی برای دلبستگی دوسوگرا(52/0= F و 47/0 = p) معنادار نمی باشد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس یک متغیره نشان داد که تفاوت بین گروهی در استرس والدینی معنادار می باشد(31/9= F و 006/0 = p). به عبارتی نتیجه بدست آمده این بود که آموزش والدگری انعکاسی بر بهبود دلبستگی ایمن و اجتنابی و همچنین استرس والدینی مادران اثربخشی معناداری دارد. بنابراین می توان از آموزش فرزندپروری انعکاسی در جهت ترمیم دلبستگی مادر و کاهش استرس والدینی استفاده کرد.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of parenting education on attachment and mothers Parenting Stress. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population consisted of all mothers with 3 to 6 years old children who referred to Saraye Mahale of the 4 district of Tehran, 30 mothers selected by available sampling and randomly they were divided into experimental and control groups. and they answered Collins and Reed Adult Attachment Questionnaire (RASS) and Parenting Stress Index - Short Form (PSI-SF). The experimental group, received 10 sessions reflective parenting training, but the control group received no training. The results of covariance analysis showed that were significant difference between group in secure attachment (F = 7.23 and p = 0.01) and avoidant attachment (F = 4.33 and p = 0.05) but were not significant for ambivalent attachment (F = 0.52, p = 0.47). Also the results of univariate analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between groups in parental stress (F = 9.31 and p = 0.006). In other words, the result was that reflective parenting education has a significant effect on improving mothers' secure and avoidance attachment as well as parental stress. Therefore, reflective parenting education can be used to repair mother attachment and reducing parental stress.
