The golden seed of innovation is the idea. Ideation is one of the basic skills of children. this study was conducted in order to prioritize the growth indicators of children's ideation and innovation. The research has been practical from the point of view of the goal and quantitative from the point of view of the method. The research method was confirmatory factor analysis, the statistical community of teachers in Tehran and the sample size was 260 teachers. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity of the tool was confirmed by experts' opinion and reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.814. The results of the research showed that the use of ideation tools and coaching had the highest effectiveness, also ideation breaks repetitive mental patterns, increases children's attention to multiple angles of the problem, and creates innovative ideas.
Introduction
Today's world is the world of innovation, and in the meantime, flourishing in schools today is examined as a superstructure (Jongbloed et al., 2016, p.1). In recent years, concepts related to children's innovation, including children's start-ups, talk shows and scientific stand-ups, are a platform for the growth of children's ideas. In today's era, teachers and educational policy makers should seek to develop skills that will help the child to become a happy, healthy and successful member (Zubaidah et al. 2017, quoted by Bahrami et al., 2021, p. 2). Idea is the core of inventions and innovations (Weber, 2012, p. 2) and searching for ideas is the first step in the path of innovation.
Ideas have the ability to drive innovations and have been conceptualized in many forms. Ideas are referred to as hidden wealth and ideas can be considered valuable resources. Among the basic characteristics of idea seeking, we can mention fertility, unstop ability of the flow of ideas, pragmatism and attraction to the surroundings. The research results of Valacich, et al. (2006, p. 12) indicate that the presentation of unique ideas leads to an increase in the number of quality ideas among participants with high cognitive abilities. One of the examples of the application of ideation is the development of idea-oriented knowledge, which is based on collaborative knowledge-building activities, based on idea-oriented (Hong and Lin, 2019, p. 17).
Methodology
The current research was conducted with the aim of ranking the indicators that affect the growth and development of children's ideation and innovation using the factor analysis method. From the point of view of the goal, the research was applied, and in terms of method and data collection, it was a descriptive survey. The tool of data collection in the current research was a questionnaire created by the researcher and supervised by two sections of demographic information and items section. The statistical population of the research was elementary school teachers in Tehran and the sampling method was a random cluster that was implemented in a single stage. The sample size was 260 teachers in Tehran. In order to measure the validity of the collection tool, content and face validity were used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Since Cronbach's alpha was above 0.7 and its value was 0.814, the questionnaire had the necessary reliability
Results
Confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm the identified factors. Smart PLS software was used for this purpose. In the first step, the factor load of each item was estimated on the extracted components; Because the obtained factor loadings for all components were higher than 0.4 and the significance level of relationships was confirmed at the 0.05 level; Therefore, the role of the items in forming the extracted components was meaningfully explained. The results are presented in Figure 1.
In order to check the convergent validity at the factor level, the extracted mean variance index of EVA was used. The minimum suitable value for this coefficient is 0.5. All the values presented in the table 1 below are higher than 0.5, so this indicates the appropriate convergent validity of the extracted items. The main criteria for internal consistency are Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, which provide an estimate of reliability based on the internal correlation and different external loadings of the observed representative variables (Hair et al., 2021). According to the presented results, the values of Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability support the results favorably and the reliability indices are acceptable and the extracted subscales have good validity and reliability. In the following, in order to evaluate the factorial structure of the fundamental factors affecting the flourishing of ideas and innovation of children and to estimate the goodness of fit of the model, the following indexes were used: chi-square (χ²), ratio of chi-square to degrees of freedom (χ²/df), incremental fit index (IFI), Comparative Fit Index (CFI), Goodness of Fit Index (GFI), Root Mean Square Approximation Index (RMSEA) and Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) were measured in this model.
Discussion and conclusion
The results of the prioritization of factors indicate the power of ideation tools. Changing the teacher's role to coach was identified as the second factor and questioning as the third factor of seeking ideas. Ideation leads to the development of children's thinking outside the framework and the development of children's personalities and talents and Innovation leads to finding different and broad perspectives on issues and strengthening children's decision-making ability. This helps them to try to solve the problem by using the limited resources they have. As the results show, methods such as strengthening children's visualization, creative display, and using analogical and metaphorical methods effectively strengthen students' innovative thinking skills and play an important role in the learning process.
The innovative characteristics of teachers are directly related to the type of teaching leading to the discovery of new ideas by students, and there is a negative correlation between traditional and innovative teaching (Yukos and Akar, 2018). During the process of searching for ideas, different aspects grow and develop in children. By brainstorming, questioning and trying to find new ideas, children examine issues from different perspectives and seek non-repetitive and creative ideas for issues. ideation leads breaking of repetitive mental patterns in them and the development of children's personality and talents. Innovation leads to finding different and broad perspectives on issues and strengthening children's decision-making ability, and helps them to try to solve the problem by using the limited resources they have. The questionableness of educational spaces turns the physical components of the environments into tools for learning. It is suggested that future research should focus on the ideation qualifications of elementary school teachers.
