The purpose of this research was to investigate the structural model of students' relationships with parents, peers and teachers in the willingness to intervene in bullying with the mediating role of self-efficacy. This was a descriptive correlational research using the path analysis method. The statistical population of this research included all students aged 15 to 18 in Behbahan city in 2024, from which 300 people were selected by cluster sampling method, and according to the Illinois Bullying Questionnaires of Esplage and Holt (2001), general self-efficacy of Schwarzer and Jerusalem (1995), student relationship with parents Pianta (2011), student relationship with peers Hudson (1992) and student relationship with teachers Murray and Zovak (2011) answered. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and path analysis methods were used with the help of SPSSV19 and AMOSV20 software. The results showed that the variables of student relationship with parents (-0.188), peers (-0.194), teachers (-0.166) and self-efficacy (-0.193) have a direct, negative and significant effect on bullying in school (P<0.05). Also, the results showed that student's relationship with parents (-0.067), peers (-0.042) and teachers (-0.029) mediating self-efficacy has an indirect, negative and significant effect (P<0.01) on bullying in school. have Finally, it can be said that the structural model of students' relationships with parents, peers and teachers in the willingness to intervene in bullying with the mediating role of self-efficacy had good fit indicators and therefore the use of this model can be used by teachers, administrators, psychologists, family counselors and professionals. Education helps in improving self-efficacy and student relationships with parents, peers and teachers and reducing bullying in school.
