نشاط و راهبردهای جاری سازی آن در دانشگاه ها

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی پدیده ی نشاط دانشگاهی و راهبردهای جاری سازی آن در دانشگاه ها،‌ انجام گرفته است. میدان مطالعه خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه علوم تربیتی، مدیریت آموزشی و روانشناسی سازمانی بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و رویکرد نظری بیست نفر از آنها انتخاب شدند. روش جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها به ترتیب شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و کدگذاری داده بنیاد سه مرحله ای بوده است. ضریب توافق اعتماد و اعتبارسنجی یافته ها نیز 0.66 بدست آمد که گویای قابلیت پایایی در دستاوردهای این پژوهش است.
بر مبنای یافته های این تحقیق نشاط در جامعه ی دانشگاهی، حالتی ازمثبت نگری، رضایت و انعطاف پذیری فکری است؛ که به فعالیت و صَرف انرژیی مضاعف آموزشی، پژوهشی، اجرایی و همچنین مشارکتی داوطلبانه در تحقق اهداف فردی و سازمانی می انجامد و از آنجایی که پویایی نماد بیرونی این نشاط است، نشاط دانشگاهی تداعی کننده حرکت و تحولی متداوم در سبک زندگی دانشگاهی است. راهبردهایی از قبیل: مدیریت دانایی اعضا مبتنی بر مدل دانشگاه سازمانی، تواناسازی روان شناختی ، طراحی معماری ساختار بالندگی سازمانی به صورت ترکیبی و همچنین نام آشنا نمودن توانمندی های دانشگاهیان منطبق با مسئولیت اجتماعی آن ها، از جمله عوامل سازمانی زمینه ساز در بانشاطی دانشگاهیان بودند که در این تحقیق مورد شناسایی و تبیین قرار گرفتند.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to identify the phenomenon of academic vitality and its implementation strategies in universities. The field of study was academic experts in the field of educational sciences, educational management and organizational psychology, and twenty of them were selected by purposive sampling method and theoretical approach. Data collection and analysis methods included semi-structured interviews and three-step foundation data coding, respectively. The agreement coefficient of trust and validation of the findings was 0.66, which indicates the reliability of the achievements of this study.
According to the findings of this study, cheerfulness in the academic community is a state of positivity, satisfaction and intellectual flexibility; Which leads to double educational, research, executive activity and energy consumption as well as voluntary participation in achieving individual and organizational goals. Since dynamism is the external symbol of this vitality, academic vitality is associated with continuous movement and change in academic lifestyle. Strategies such as: members 'knowledge management based on organizational university model, psychological empowerment, architectural design of organizational growth structure as a combination and also introducing the capabilities of academics in accordance with their social responsibility, were among the organizational factors underlying academics' vitality. Which were identified and explained in this study.
