تأثیر آموزش خوش بینی به روش قصه گویی بر تنیدگی تحصیلی و سلامت روانی دانش آموزان پسر پایه پنجم دوره ابتدایی شهر خرم آباد

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش خوش بینی به روش قصه گویی بر تنیدگی تحصیلی و سلامت روانی دانش آموزان پسر پایه پنجم دوره ابتدایی شهر خرم آباد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع طرح آزمایشی پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان پسر پایه پنجم دوره ابتدایی شهر خرم آباد در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود که از میان آنان 30 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، به عنوان گروه آزمایش وگواه انتخاب شدند. به منظور سنجش تنیدگی تحصیلی و سلامت روانی دانش آموزان از پرسشنامه های تنیدگی تحصیلی انگ و هوان (2006) و سلامت روانی 28-GHQ گلدبرگ و هیلر (1979) استفاده گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و از آزمون های آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تحلیل کوواریانس یک متغیره) استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش خوش بینی به روش قصه گویی باعث کاهش تنیدگی تحصیلی و افزایش سلامت روانی دانش آموزان در گروه آزمایش، در مقایسه با گروه گواه شد. مشاهدات حاضر مؤید اثربخشی آموزش خوش بینی به روش قصه گویی در کاهش تنیدگی تحصیلی و افزایش سلامت روانی در دانش آموزان است (001/0>p).

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of optimism on academic stress and mental health of the fifth grade male students of elementary school in the city of "Khoramabad" using storytelling. The method applied was pre-test, post-test piloting with a control group. The participants were all the elementary male students from a school in "Khoramabad", from among whom thirty were selected using "random sampling" as members of control and experimental group. Ang – Huan academic stress questionnaire (2006) and GHQ-28 inventory (1979) were used to measure the students' academic stress and mental health. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (univariate analysis of covariance) were applied. Results indicate that educating education of optimism through storytelling leads to a decrease in academic stress and an increase in the mental health of the fifth grade students in experimental group compared to control group. Current observations confirm the positive impact of optimism, through storytelling, upon the decrease in students' academic stress and increase in their mental health.(p<001/0).
