طراحی و ساخت مقیاس تعهد اخلاقی بر اساس اندیشه کانت و لویناس

چکیده

موضوع تعهد اخلاقی در جامعه دانشجویی، از مباحث مهم و در خور توجه محسوب میشود. از این روی، وجود ابزاری مناسب برای اندازه‌گیری این سازه،یک ضرورت غیر قابل اجتناب است.در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی یک مقیاس روا و پایا به منظوربررسی تعهد اخلاقی دانشجویانصورت گرفته است. برای انجام این پژوهش که از نوع ابزارسازی است، تعداد 278 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران در مقاطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای به عنوان شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ دادند. بر اساس مبانی نظری مرتبط با این بحث، یک مقیاس اولیه با 35 سؤال تهیه شد و در اختیار شرکت‌کنندگان قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده، از نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی، ضریب همبستگی و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی، وجود دو عامل تعهد اخلاقی معطوف به خود با 13 سؤال و تعهد اخلاقی معطوف بهدیگری با 12 سؤال را تأیید کرد. پایایی مقیاس نیز با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که ابزار طراحی شده از کفایت لازم برخوردار است و می‌تواند در پژوهش‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Moral commitment as an important issue demands more considerations especially in research domains. Given to the necessity of scale development, this research was conducted with the goal of constructing valid and reliable questionnaire for moral commitment assessment. By using random clustering sampling, 278 undergraduate and graduate students of university of Mazandaran were selected. Based on theoretical framework, an initial scale with 35 statements was developed and tested. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 22. To analyze data, factor analysis, correlation and T-test were used. Factor analysis results indicated, two main factors including moral commitment with reference to self (13 items) and the other (12 items) were confirmed. Result of divergent validity was congruent with factor analysis. By using Cronbach alpha coefficient the reliabilities of two factors (0/88 & 0/85) was at the high level. Findings illustrated, this instrument for moral commitment has goodness of fit and could be used in related research.
