Next, a group of experts evaluated the questionnaire in order to determine its cultural sensitivity, the clarity of language of the questions, discrepancies, and errors of meaning finding. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed three acceptable sub-scales. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the entire questionnaire was 0.72 and for the subscales, this coefficient varied from 0.66 to 0.77. All the items had acceptable item-general correlation and the results of the test-pretest indicated the sustainability for the career calling measure and its sub-scales.
