Academic achievement is a function of many things among which the organizational wellbeing of the school, mediated by self-efficacy, occupational satisfaction, and the civic-organizational behavior, was explored. A sample consisting of all students of 184 high school chemistry teachers, and as many high school head masters was selected. The adult participants completed four questionnaires on the above mentioned constructs. The students\' academic achievement in Chemistry was indexed by their final Chemistry score. The analysis of the collected data yielded a significant, yet indirect, effect of organizational wellbeing on academic achievement. This can be of interest to high school head masters who can affect organizational wellbeing.
