تأثیر روش مدیریتی مهندسی ارزش بر پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی دانش آموزان دختر پایه دوم راهنمایی شهر مشهد

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر که به صورت شبه تجربی انجام شد مطالعه تأثیر روش مدیریتی مهندسی ارزش بر پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی بود. جامعه تحقیق 54 نفر از دانش آموزان پایه دوم راهــنمایی نواحی هـفـت گـانـه مـشهـد است، که با روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. آزمون پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی ابزار اساسی تحقیق بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها از آزمون t استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر جالب توجه روش مدیریتی مهندسی ارزش برپیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده نمره پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضی در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایشی و شاهد به ترتیب 11/8 و 33/8 بوده که این عدد در پس آزمون به 48/12 و 07/10 رسیده است. مطالعه یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر برای مدیران آموزش و پرورش، برنامه ریزان درسی و معلمان سودمند است.

To study the impact of value engineering as a managerial method on mathematics achievement, a group of 54 female 7th graders were selected using a cluster sampling method. The achievement test was the major instrument used in this research. Results show that the value engineering method of managing students can lead to their better mathematics achievement. Results are indicative of a significant impact of the method on math achievement. The improvement in achievement was from 8.11 and 8.33 in two groups to 12.48 and 10.07 respectively. The findings can be of use to administrators, curriculum planners, and teachers alike.
