The architecture of developing and supporting processes at elite’s community in the field of students

Abstract

Flourishing the knowledge-based economy, the scholars have come to this shared understanding that having a developed society and growing in different dimensions depends on efforts to develop and cultivate elite communities. Accordingly, the present study aimed to provide a model of developing process of talents at the elite’s community, based on a descriptive-exploratory study with a developmental-applied approach. The statistical population of the research includes the scientific lasting faces of the country as well as senior managers of the National Elite Foundation. The statistical sample was selected through a purposeful judgment of 25 people. Data collection tools were library studies and semi-structured interviews with experts. Finally, based on the hybrid algorithm of the soft system methodology and cognitive mapping, a model of the talent developing process is presented and then, by comparing the existing factors in thinking system (conceptual model) with real-world actions (National Elite Foundation), it is suggested that structural, behavioral, and ground changes be made to desire develop the talents at the elite’s community.
