The Effect of Quality of Work Life on the Team Effectiveness with Mediating Role Job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract
Using the team in organizations to benefit from the increase in teamwork and also creating the capacity to better adapt the organization to the environment, is a process that has gained momentum in the last two decades. Understanding this important, this study was conducted with the aim of influencing the quality of life on team effectiveness with the mediating role of job satisfaction. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all teachers in Nahavand city in the academic year 2016-2017, from which 377 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. The standard questionnaire of quality of work life, team effectiveness and job satisfaction was used to collect information. Data were collected and analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model in Lisrel and SPSS statistical software. The results showed that the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on team effectiveness is positive and significant. It was also found that the effect of quality of work life on team effectiveness with mediating the role of job satisfaction is positive and significant.
