Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present an evaluation model based on the constructivism approach. Current research is qualitative and it have been made in the form of Basic research - applied and using the analytical method – documents. This research has initially analyzed the concepts of evaluation as well as constructivism. In the following, The advantages of this approach are presented with an explanation of some of the applied methods of evaluation based on the constructivism and a general pattern is presented accordingly. By studying this, it can be seen that Constructivism is constantly rebuilding and developing practical concepts and applications in education, as well as curriculum. In spite of some barriers and criticisms of this approach. The research results indicate that, despite the many advantages of constructivism approach in all elements of curriculum including evaluation, there is a long way to institutionalizing this approach in our education. Therefore, it is suggested that more efforts should be done in editing textbooks based on the constructivist approach and teaching the above-mentioned approach to teachers.
