To explore the quality of the organizational climate at Alzahra University, its staff's entrepreneurial characteristics, and the possible relationship between the two, a sample of 211 staff members out of the total of 470 was randomly selected. The participants completed a questionnaire which was constructed based on modifications of two existing measures for the two constructs. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the organizational climate at Alzahra University is rather desirable as it tends to be open; most staff members (57.35%) have entrepreneurial characteristics, and there is a statistically significant relationship between some components of organizational climate and the staff's entrepreneurial characteristics.
