School administrators' empowerment can be achieved through improvements in organizational conditions and administrative strategies if there exists a relationship between them. To explore this relationship, a sample of 220 school administrators was given two questionnaires: one on empowerment and the other on the other two constructs. The data analysis revealed that the overall school administrators' empowerment is above average. Furthermore, administrative strategies are significantly correlated with empowerment, just as there is a similar relationship between the latter and organizational conditions. From among the components of the organizational conditions, access to resources and clear goals seem to be better predictors of administrators' empowerment
