Title An Analysis of the Opportunities and Challenges of Knowledge Production management in Higher Education System of Iran Abstract: The aim of this research was to peruse the opportunities and development challenges of management knowledge in Iran higher education system in management field. In this study, after reviewing the literature, by Delphi method evaluated and after a consensus between the experts these factors include presence of talented young human source in management area, supports of the great leader of local knowledge production, and governmental investment in science production unit; and presence of experienced experts and………..were presented as the knowledge production.And also some factors such as: behavioral change and continuous changes in humanism science, presence of many bureaucracy obstacles in studying and development of management science in Iran, inadequite and insufficient holding of management communities were identified as the challenges of management knowledge production in Iran.
