Assessing the Climate for Diversity and Organisational Knowledge Creation in Higher Education

Abstract

Knowledge is as only source of organisational strategic, knowledge lie intelligence capital of organization. Against traditional capitals, this capital is mobil and diversity. Acquistion,recruitment and maintenance theirs is key challenge of managers. This study assessing the climate for diversity and relation it with knowledge creation in organisation.The method of this study was survey- correlation. The participants of this study were 132 the members of higher education system faculty that participant in this study by using stratified random sampling. The tool of measurement was questionnaire.The data were analyzed by SPSS software that included the methods of statistics chi-square, correlation and regression. Founds indicate in managerial and individual levels have positive attitude about workforce diversity, but in organistional level have resistance also workforce diversity have positive relation of knowledge creation.
