Developing materialistic and humanistic thoughts by promoting the individualist attitudes has provided a utilitarian definition from happiness. While human interactions require virtues like “Esaar” which has individual and social desirable results that makes human relationship safe. The philosophical foundation of Esaar and its educational place was regarded as a moral and epistemic action in this research. The research method is descriptive- analytic. The philosophical foundations of "Esaar" with regard as the triple basis of action from the perspective of " human the agent" theory in Islam was examined. Then the place of “ Esaar” in Islamic education has been analyzed, first, for the ultimate goal and intermediate goals then as the educational foundation, principle and method separately. But the Islamic distinctive feature and its acceptance condition of the sacrificial act referred simultaneously to the triple (cognitive, motivational, and voluntary) basis of action. Accordance with the intermediate goals in Islamic theory of action, “Esaar” contains specific goals. The results showed that the common feature of “Esaar” for all agents is the preference of belief about what “Esaar” belong to in the moment of action.
