آسیب شناسی محیطی پردیس های خودگردان و پیامدهای ناشی از آن

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف، بررسی و آسیب‌شناسی محیطی پردیس‌های خودگردان در ابعاد (اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فراملی) و پیامدهای بلندمدت آسیب‌ها انجام‌شده است. لذا با روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی و هدفمند، با 21 نفر از صاحب‌نظران آموزش‌عالی و مدیران پردیس‌های خودگردان دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران مصاحبه انجام شد. این پژوهش، کیفی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی‌-‌ اکتشافی است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون (تم) استفاده و مضامین آسیب‌های محیطی استخراج شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، از مجموع 179 مورد کدگذاری؛ 29% کدهای استخراج‌شده مربوط به مقوله اجتماعی، 20% فرهنگی، 20% اقتصادی، 13% سیاسی،9% مربوط به مقوله تحریم‌ها و 9% مربوط به پیامدهای بلندمدت آسیب‌ها هستند. نتایج بیانگر آن است؛ بیشترین آسیب‌های محیطی پردیس‌های خودگردان مربوط به آسیب‌های اجتماعی و مضامینی ازجمله: عدم توجه به تقاضای بازار کار، ایجاد فرصت‌های نابرابر آموزشی، بی‌عدالتی اجتماعی و ویژگی‌های فردی دانشجویان است.

چکیده [English]

This research aimed to investigate environmental pathology of autonomous campuses in terms of social, cultural, economic, political and transnational dimensions and long-term Outcomes of damages. Therefore, 21 experts of higher education and directors of autonomous campuses of public universities of Tehran were interviewed using nonprobability and purposive sampling. This research is qualitative and methodically descriptive-exploratory. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis method and themes of environmental damages were extracted. The research results showed that out of 179 coded cases, 29% of extracted codes are social, 20% cultural, 20% economic, 13% political, 9% sanctions and 9% long-term Outcomes of damages. The results indicate that the highest level of environmental damages of autonomous campuses relates to social dimension and themes, including lack of attention to labor market demand, creation of unequal educational opportunities, social injustice and individual characteristics of students.
