تحلیل اکتشافی نقش مدیران مدارس درتشکیل و تثبیت گروه‌های رشد حـرفه‌ای مبتنی بر همکاری معلمان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل اکتشافی نقش مدیران مدارس در تشکیل گروه‌های رشد حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر همکاری معلمان ابتدایی در استان مازندران انجام شده است. در این مطالعه از رویکرد آمیخته‌ی اکتشافی استفاده‌شده است. در این رویکرد، از ابزار مصاحبه در روش کیفی و ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته درروش کمّی استفاده‌شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش، معلمان، مدیران مدارس و سرگروه‌های آموزشی کلیه‌ی مدارس ابتدایی مازندران نفر بودند که 44 نفر از آنان نمونه‌ی آماری بخش کیفی بودند و 400 نفر معلم نیز نمونه‌ی آماری بخش کمّی را تشکیل می‌دادند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین شد. در بخش کیفی، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در بخش کمّی از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها، 72 نشانگر رفتاری را برای مدیران نشان داد که با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 57 نشانگر تایید و در قالب 8 بعد رفتاری دسته‌بندی شدند. از اینرو، نقش مدیران مدارس در تشکیل گروه‌های رشد حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر همکاری معلمان شامل: 1) آماده‌سازی، 2) سازماندهی، 3) تامین‌منابع و پشتیبانی، 4) بهبود مستمر، 5) ارزیابی، 6)یادگیری مشارکتی، 7) ایجاد حس همکاری و تشریک مساعی و 8) توانایی، دانش و مهارت‌های مدیر می‌باشند.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigate the role of school principals in the exploratory analysis based groups, professional development co-primary teachers in the province of Mazandaran. In this exploratory study used a mixed approach. In this approach, the interviews in qualitative and quantitative questionnaire procedure is used. The population of the study, teachers, school administrators and training of all primary schools in Mazandaran. The population of the study, teachers, school principals and heads of training of all primary schools, 44 of them were Mazandaran sample qualitative and quantitative statistical sample comprised 400 teachers are also using Cochran formula was determined. In the qualitative part, purposive sampling and In the quantitative multistage cluster sampling method is used. The findings, 72 markers showed that the behavior for managers using exploratory factor analysis confirmed 57 markers were classified into 8 dimensions behavioral. Thus Behavioral dimensions of school principals, including: 1)Preparing, 2)organizing, 3)funding and support, 4)continuous improvement, 5)assessment, 6)collaborative learning, 7)create a sense of cooperation and collaboration capabilities,8) knowledge and skills are manager.
