The present study was performed to predict the qualities of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior based on the features of servant leadership of school principals in high schools in Naghade (a city in Iran). In a correlational descriptive study, 114 teachers were randomly selected according to sex and using stratified sampling proportional to size. Data was collected by Organ's organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and Laub's servant leadership questionnaire. Management experts had confirmed the reliability of the questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The obtained results revealed appreciating and promoting employees, providing opportunities for leadership, sharing leadership, trust, and friendly relationships to have significant predictive associations with components of organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, servant leadership qualities in managers have significant positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior.
